Booking Information

All class spaces are secured through prior booking. Please ensure you reserve your spot before attending.

All passes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-extendable.

Waitlist

The waitlist allows you a spot on the waitlist for if there is a cancellation. You will be notified if a spot becomes available and have 1 hour from then to book onto the class.

Booking and Cancellation

• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will be charged in full.

• ​If you fail to attend without prior notice, your class will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged in full.

• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts.

• If you fail to cancel a class booking at least 24 hours prior to the class you will be charged the full amount.

• Class cancellation via the app or website only.

• Missed cancellations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
